110v flourescent bulb in 220v help

I live in the Philippines and we use 220v here. All the uvb bulbs that are sold here are 110v. I'm not very knowledgeable in electronics and the local forum's website is down so I came here. I know I need a transformer/converter but what about the ballast? What should I do? What do I need?

I believe as long as the bulb isn't a larger rating than the fixture then your good.
