Do all beardies like to be held?

We were holding our new beardies all the time, and still hold one all the time, but the other one likes to hide in his log when he is not eating. Is this normal?
I am going to get a new log - one I can lift up and he will be right there, but maybe he doesn't want to be held? Is it selfish to make him be held if he doesn't like it?

How long have you had him ? He could still be stressed out from the relocation stress. Give him some time.. still hold him everyday so he knows you mean no harm to him, but only a few min at a time. Good luck

I don't think mine is overly friendly. He will let me hold him but it seems that I'm just the vehicle that gets him from his tank to the room where he can run around. He will run away from me as soon as he thinks he can make the leap safely. He will eat greens out of my hand, though.
