Help Entamoeba cysts

Hello my beardies fecal was tested and he has Entamoeba cysts. He is prescribed Metronidazole. Anyway my question is if your besrdie had this how did you treat and clean? i asked dr how to clean she said simple green and to put the hammocks in the sun. Shes very young im concerned she seemed to be guessing on each question. Please help.​
