How to create small enough picture

So I'm wanting to put on a profile picture but all the pictures I try are to big how can I make a small enough photo?

You will want to use a photo editing software or even paint to resize the image, or crop it to the size you want.

Just right click on the image and save it to your computer. Then you can use it as your profile pic
