Is this a bump on her chest?

Hello, I noticed my bearded dragon’s chest might have a bump. But, I’m not sure. It looks like there is an area that bulges up and has some distended scales. That side of her chest also looks bigger than the other side. When I felt. It felt just like how her stomach feels. Very squishy and movable. And sometimes in a different position Boney. The other side felt the same, but like not as much fat. Also, she has something that looks similar near her butt. That was nothing and maybe a muscle. Could it be something like that? Is it a bump? Os it just how her chest normally is? Or is it something else?
