So Mushu's a year old and I just wanted to check if he sounds all healthy and normal to you guys and girls.
Mushu's about 17-18 inches long according to the most recent measurement.
Last time I weighed him he was nearly 350g
He still eats crickets (however isn't as interested in them as he used to be) and locust every day with 2 waxies and eats greens everyday(however seems to eat the red greens more than the actual green ones).
His pooping time frame is irregular, and when he does poo it is occasionally sloppy or watery sometimes.
I found my bd's stools getting more "soupy" when I increased their veggie intake because of all the moisture that goes in with it. I changed the squash from butternut squash to spaghetti squash for calciumhosphate ratio purposes but found it was a bit more on the dry crispy type rather than ...moist and melon like, and that started to change their ...well their texture. Anyway I'm rambling. I increased protein through reptiworms and it kinda evened out. I have new concerns with one or two of my bd's which I will be observing for the next two weeks while I use a researched treatment and posting my findings here on the board. There's some things that need to be ruled out or verified before making any premature diagnosis of what I'm seeing.
For you I'd say you sound like you're doing fine. Do you mix anything with your veggies? How do you prepare your veggies? by hand? food processor? larger leaves or tiny chopped? I'm not searching for a wrong answer here don't worry. do you use squashes? carrots? berries?
