I use pure calcium 5 days per week on all live feeders and multi vitamin+calcium 2 days.

By the way, those days are just one feeding per day, not every feeding.

What I do is mix the multivitimin in Falcor's salads Mon-Friday, and then I coat his feeders with the calcium every day (his night feeding only) his first dose of feeders are not coated with anything. That way I don't have to think too much in the mornings... I set up his salads the night before, so all I have to do in the morning is toss the salad plate in as well as about 6 roaches.
