is it true a bearded dragon can live in a 40 gallon breeder

its just one of those measures 36"x18"x17" yet alot of people say they can live in one but then others say they need a viv/tank thats at least 48"x24"x24"

im just asking because if a adult beardie really can live in a 40 gallon breeder tank then could mine live in a viv thats 45"x19"x17"

this is the kit im after. and i thought it was a good deal plus it comes with slate tiles. and most other kits come with sand

A 40 gallon breeder is considered the minimum for an adult beardie. Obviously, bigger is better, but most adults will do fine in a 40 gallon breeder. A tank that measures 45"x19"x17" is bigger than a 40 gallon breeder, so it would definitely be better!

Also, it looks like that kit comes with a Repti-Glo 10.0, which isn't the best the UVB bulb for beardies. So if you do get that kit, you will probably want to use a different UVB bulb (the Repti-sun 10.0 tube or the Arcadia 12% tube would be better).

im not 100% sure but i think the uvb light that comes with the kit is one of these

Hmm... the UVB light that is listed is a "Exo Terra 36inch 10% UV Bulb" and it looks like the picture shows a Repti-Glo 10.0 tube. I'm not sure if the Arcadia 12% tube would fit in the same fixture as a Repti-Glo tube, so you might need to buy a different fixture for the Arcadia tube. You may want to check with the company - they may let you switch it out somehow. It does look like a nice tank
